Residential/Commercial/Mixed-Use/Raw Land property refinance loan
Take for example your property is valued at $1,000,000, we will give you $750,000 or 75% Loan to Value [LTV]. There are terms from 6 months to 30 years. Rates start at 6% annually, monthly payment. If you are behind on your mortgage, Lis Pendens for example we will do a “bailout loan”. Minimum loan amount is from $50,000, to a maximum of $25,000,000. ALL TYPES OF PROPERTIES. We can be a 1st or a 2nd position lienholder if you don’t want to eliminate your cheap 1st position interest rate.
Fix & Flip
This works for the purchase of a single family home to a five family home in all 50 states. The Loan ranges from $30,000-$1,000,000. We can make an exception for a higher loan amount if your argument justifies along with the comparables we do in the surrounding area. 90% of the loan amount is given, 100% of the rehab amount with proof of the work done of course, invoices would be fine. If you have done three or more fix & flips within the last five years you will be given access to a $3,000,000 open trade line for purchases. This works in the following fashion: You may purchase one, two, three + homes at any timeframe, you need to be able to manage the monthly mortgage payment, that’s it. You may mix & match in different states. One to two year terms, FICO is not a problem. Rates start from 7-9% annually, monthly payment. Once we close we will give you the option to refi into a cheaper rate, longer term.
Mixed-Use/Commercial/Residential property purchase
Loan amount is from $50,000-$5,000,000, 75% of the purchase price is covered , you bring 25% to closing, valid in all 50 states. Two to five year terms, FICO is not a problem. Rates start from 7-11% annually, monthly payment. Once we close you will be given the option to refi into a cheaper rate, longer term.
Revenue Based Finance
This is similar to a Business Cash Advance, which is not a loan but the purchase of future receivables. You receive a lump sum of cash in exchange for giving back a % of your credit card daily or weekly sales. You pay back via automated electronic debits [ACH debit pulls].
Asset Based Lending
This works off of your existing inventory, accounts receivable or other balance sheet assets. A Collateralized loan explains this option best. You might know this as an asset-based financing, or a typical commercial financing. Lines of credit are available as well as a basic business loan.
Merchant Cash Advance
You sell future receivables in order to receive an ach or wire, the Underwriting process takes 2 hours, we can do same-day funding. From $5,000-$1,000,000. The term is between 3 months to 24 months.
Receivable Factoring
If it takes for you to get paid 5 days to 30 days this works for you. You submit an invoice, we call up the company to confirm monies due & within 24-48 hours you receive 90% of the invoice amount. Amount per funded invoice ranges from $500-$2,000,000.
Healthcare Lending
You receive a lumpsum cash amount in exchange for your companies future receivables. All major healthcare providers are accepted. Very flexible rates & terms.
Debt Consolidation
If for example you have 3 positions, we add up all your daily/weekly pulls & give you about 40% more on top of the cash flow that exits your account during that weekly timeframe. This is strictly for unsecured debt you have taken on. There is a great chance of your monthly payment being lower. This is a huge help to bump-up your weekly cashflow.
Equipment Leasing
We purchase the equipment, all types. You pay monthly, the term ranges from 3 months to 10 years. Financing is available for existing equipment, the loan amounts range from $1,000-$3,000,000.
Merchant Processing
We offer twelve merchant processing providers, we explain all the fees upfront to see if switching over works for you. This type of loan would be a % of what you bring in, not a set daily/weekly amount taken out: Better known as a credit card split or a “lockbox”.
